- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tea powder
- 1/2 tea salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 table butter into hot pan
- cinnamon sugar on top

add butter to hot pan before batter
