- pinch salt
- 1 tea vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- chopped pecans
- Frosting
- 1/2+ cup powdered sugar
- 1+ table softened butter
- 1 tea vanilla
- 1 table whole milk

cream butter, sugar
beat in eggs and vanilla and salt
add flour
chill
log roll w wax paper, roll in nuts, then chill again
cut and dent
350 deg / 8 minutes
Frosting
whip to consistency
apply with ziplock bag
