- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tea vanilla
- 1/8 tea sea salt
- Strawberries
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/3 cup sugar

Ice Cream
low heat disolve sugar, salt into cream. Stop before skin forms.
pour into milk and vanilla in cold bowl
24 hours in refridgerator before churn
Strawberries
mash berries
low heat reduce sugar, berries
24 hours in refridgerator before churn
Churning
Start cooling storage bowl in freezer
Cream alone 15-20 minutes
Add berries near end
24 hours in freezer after churn
